Can you tumble while charging?

Tumble skill says "normal movement" which I read as a plain old move action, not anything else (like a charge or run action).

I think that's fair. Would you allow it with a bigger penalty than even the -10 for fast movement? Say, if you made the check (DC 15 normally) with a -20 you could use it as part of a charge? Or is this straying into feat territory?

Yup. That's also how the Sage defines it in the Rules of the Game: Movement.

I wouldn’t allow the player to tumble during a charge even with the accelerated tumble. My reason, the statement “and nothing can hinder your movement”; emphasis on the hinder. IMO if you need to tumble than your movement is hindered. This is of course in my opinion.
