Can you use a swift action in the middle of a full attack?

Question is in the title. I'll put up the references since I think they clarify the answer, but before I go ahead and rule on something I kind of want to be sure on this.

SRD
Swift Action: A swift action consumes a very small amount of time, but represents a larger expenditure of effort and energy than a free action. You can perform one swift action per turn without affecting your ability to perform other actions. In that regard, a swift action is like a free action. However, you can perform only a single swift action per turn, regardless of what other actions you take. You can take a swift action any time you would normally be allowed to take a free action. Swift actions usually involve psionics or the activation of psionic items; many characters (especially those who don’t use psionics) never have an opportunity to take a swift action.
Manifesting a quickened power is a swift action. In addition, manifesting any power with a casting time of 1 swift action is a swift action.
Manifesting a power with a manifesting time of 1 swift action does not provoke attacks of opportunity.

SRD
Free Action: Free actions consume a very small amount of time and effort. You can perform one or more free actions while taking another action normally. However, there are reasonable limits on what you can really do for free.

Now, if free actions cannot be taken in the middle of a full attack action, this causes a problem for archers:
When using a bow, a character can draw ammunition as a free action.

Yeah, there are also some special abilities that require a swift action that you can trigger as part of an attack during a full attack- maybe some kinds of smite, certain later class/prc abilities, etc.

Creamsteak: I know I am not really contributing to this thread in any way, but everythime I see your name I think of Chicken Fried Steak covered in lots of Cream Gravy. :D

I've used the way free actions work to give a DM fits. Like having a fighter with multiple weapons — say, a longsword, heavy pick, and a flail — then making a full attack, taking two free actions between each attack: one to drop the weapon, and another to use Quick Draw to pull another. Sure, I ended up with two weapons on the ground, but the other enemies in that fight kept their distance. "What else is he gonna pull on us?"
