So is this mostly finalized? John Crichton and I (and 3 other people) will be hosting from our Embassy Suites room Saturday evening.

Who is hosting the other nights?

I checked the store locator, no Tims anywhere in Indiana

I seem to remember seeing in a Timmy's that you can buy their coffee grounds. If so then why can't you export Timmy's to Gen Con? Would that get you into trouble with customs? I'm not sure you could export their donuts.

And I won't be at Gen Con for the same reasons as before. Being on Alberta Works Disability sucks, big time! I'll be there in spirit, and if I can just learn astral protection then you never know.

Seriously, lift a mug of brew in my name, if you know me.

I'm not sure whether either of us will be available during those times. Old One (my roomie) is playing in a game for a good chunk of the afternoon and I'll be lucky to get to the hotel before 5:00 (whereupon I'd discover the room number) much less back over to the convention center.

Instead, if you want to PM me a cell # then I'll just call you when I know the room number or Old One could do the same. In any event, I'll probably need to contact you once I'm in the room and ready to have any supplies brought over.

Also, though it's purely an issue of semantics, let's don't call this "Rel's Realm". Though I happily consented to us having the party in our room that night, all of the credit for securing the room in the first place and initially volunteering the change of venue should go to Old One. I'm not comfortable with taking all the glory for this, or even the lion's share of it.

I am playing in TU's War of Martian Aggression game from 4-8, but I think we are planning on meeting at the ENWorld booth before trying to scarf up a room, so I will try to let you know where we are shackin' up...

Wait, so we only have 2 out of a potential 4 nights covered?

Hmm... I'd be up for hosting a second night, Thursday, but I'm in a game until 10pm that night and don't want to stick anyone else rooming with us with hosting duties.

Well, we're not Canadianiandianan, so we might want a different name for our suite. I'm still willing to serve poutin if the Gelfamily brings the cheese curds, but as I'm from Texas, we might need to get something a bit more fiery to balance it out.

Now I'm starting to get excited for the con.

I'm still bringing curds, I think a couple pounds anyway. They're at home in the fridge right now, and on the list to bring. I can stop and get more on the way home if needed. Not sure how much poutin that makes, if it's even enough for a night. I can drop them at the booth at pretty much any time, I'll try and bring a little cooler for them.

Dextra or whomever, let me know the best way to get them to the person that needs them, and I'll try to carry out the plan. I should roll in to Indy hopefully in the afternoon tomorrow, and I have to pick up my badge, so I'll be around the Convention Center.
