Cannot download after purchase

Hello all. I'm not sure if this is in the right forum. If not, please point me in the right direction. I just purchased Fractal Terrain, but I cannot download it. After clicking "download" I get a mostly blank page with an error. The other products I downloaded worked fine. Who do I need to get in touch with to get the program?

Thanks for the move and thank you for the link. Looks like I'm going to have to wait until they're done sorting out whatever technical problems they're having. Would be nice to have an update on progress...
