Can't downlaod Playtest (Bad Request - Invalid URL; Error 400)

Everyone keeps saying that and I can't get the "My Stuff" tab to load anything either.

I make no claim to be a lawyer/ copyright expert - I'm not, so a Mod could maybe call by and check please. But this approach would seem acceptable (?): remote desktops

I have. Just another fail from the IT department at WOTC.

Before anyone says it, yes, it is an IT fail. I've worked in IT, before, I do not buy their whole Mystic High Priest routine. This is a fail. Sadly, I was thinking last night that if I wasn't one of the first, it would probably lead to this situation. I'm with you Mr. Wombat. I just hope this problem is resolved before I have to leave town for the weekend.

I'm starting to give up on the playtest. There is just too much of a hassle just to get the download to work, (so far no progress) and it's not like I can expect my players to go through the whole process. (And using Pbp to try it is also out) But if twitter and this site are right, the game looks extremely promising.

Edit: and the "my stuff" link leads to the same exact Bad Request page. Geez

Their IT just plan blows! I have worked in IT before and when you are expecting crap loads of traffic you get prepared. No wonder Paizo is doing so much better than they are.

It's hilarious that anyone who wants to pirate it can get it easily and quickly, but anyone who wants to use Wizard's email system gets delays and links that don't work.

If it wasn't for their anal requirements to sign the agreement, they could have just sent the playtest packet to their own inboxes of their community members on their community forums.

Seriously WotC, get different legal representation. Yours obviously sucks, and it just pissing off your fanbase. That guy that has his own bomb shelter, barbed wire around his bungalo, and an impressive collection of guns in case his enemies come after him? He's a paranoid crazy person, not a gifted prophet. Stop hiring him as your IP lawyer.
