I don't know about everyone else... but I can't wait for Gamma World to come out. The original was one of the best role-playing games I ever played. Very fun to play...

GAMMA WORLD!!!

I love Gamma World. I've been scribbling ineffectually at a Gamma World d20 conversion for years... it's the first RPG I ever played, even before D&D, and it's always been my favorite.

Now, if the core rules include mutant animals and plants, and use a full, standard d20 class system, I will be overjoyed.

Especially if I can combine it with other d20 stuff. If their mutation rules are compatible with D&D... *drool*

The game is going to use the d20 Modern SRD, and as such will include the class system included there. It should integrate easily with other d20M stuff.

Last I heard, the official word was "sorry, no plants."

Augh!

Why do they insist on leaving these things out? It was bad enough they left mutant animals and plants out of Alternity Gamma World-- they should make up for it by doing it right this time.

Besides, the coolest Gamma World character concept I've ever seen was Green Folk.
