Well, I hope CaH luck in their lawsuit. It would SEEM like an open and shut case...BUT...I wouldn't bet on it with money.

The first hurdle they have to cross...is will they have enough money to keep on going in the face of someone with almost unlimited money.

If they can't pay the fees to keep up the courts...well...they may be winning but they lose before they can even put a finality to that win.

My store is part of the class-action, I believe, as we bought a portion of that land as part of the CAH-deal. I'm fuzzy on the details, but I believe that "Elon owes me $100".

Technically I'm eligible for a piece of any settlement. Given the choice between $100 (or more like $2) and an ugly cybertruck, I'll take the $2!
