Ooh, aah. How about a list of all those extra feats etc. from the module?Just need characters finished and we will be a go. I would say start up maybe Tue/Wed as those days are my best days to start something like this.
Daros Randarov is the son of two wizards of the lower aristocracy of Caliphas. He inherited his parents' gift for magic, but never fully embraced the Ustalav virtues that meant a great deal to them. During his studies as a youth, he became more and more curious about the dark arts of necromancy and the role it played in the dark history of his nation. He came to believe that the undead threat might one day rise again and that only by learning about the nature of undeath and the undead would he be able to make a stand should the unliving come again. Upon discovering that their son was studying the arts of necromancy which they abhorred, his parents disinherited him. So firmly did he belief in the rightness of his studies that he did not feel any real shame over being cast out from his family, and he turned to various mentors to learn all he could about the undead. Petros Lorrimor was one such mentor. However, one lesson that Daros never learned was the he who fights monsters should take care not to become one in return, and his zeal for knowledge might yet tempt him into great darkness.
Professor Lorrimer... a name that Daggal Harjyr would not soon forget.
Born in the depths of the Five Kings Mountain region, Daggal was a common foot soldier in a society full of common foot soldiers. He found a retreat from his pointless existence when a group of surface-dwellers requested a pack of hobgoblins for mining work. He volunteered to be part of the Duergar hunting party. The hobgoblins proved to be formidable opponents, and Daggal was defeated.
Daggal next woke within a wagon, confined with others of his kin and the very same hobgoblins he had been hired to fight; the slavers had become the slaves. He was brought to Egorian, capital city of Cheliax, the Empire of Devils. The Duergar and hobgoblins plotted a means of escape, and an opportunity arose when a traveling professor bought the entire lot - Professor Lorrimer.
Lorrimer explained that he was searching for information about a death cult, the Whispering Way, and he needed some muscle to ensure his safety in his travels. When the Professor retired for the evening, the unlikely band turned on their 'captor', robbed him blind, and fled on foot. Daggal obtained a mechanical timepiece with the Professor's name engraved on the back, a curio which he kept.
The unusual band traveled to Westcrown, opting to stay together for mutual survival and profit in this unknown area. There, Daggal became an urban 'spelunker', seeking artifacts from the era of the city's fallen god. He came upon a tomb that was in fact a secret meeting place of the Whispering Way. He was ill-prepared to fight the undead, losing most of his manpower to the cult's necrotic protectors. Daggal gave up his business ventures in Westcrown and returned to Egorian, requesting service under the Inquisitors of Asmodeus.
Daggal studied well, proving a fast learner and versed in the twisting web of the Law. He did not count on seeing Professor Lorrimer again, and when the Professor exercised his right of ownership over him, Daggal was Law-bound to acquiesce. Lorrimer reclaimed his pocket watch and put Daggal to work, teaching him about the Whispering Way and instructing him in undead-hunting techniques.
Later, Daggal accompanied Lorrimer to the University of Lepidstadt where he was instructed to remain until Lorrimer sent word for him. Daggal's hatred of the undead festered in his soul, and Daggal spent the next decade in study, learning all he could of his hated foes. His weakness had cost him his livelihood - he would not allow weakness to destroy him as well.
