As an aside, in our longest running 3E campaign the group just "inherited" Littlefang. And, aside from the decorating bill, its been pretty good!

I can't recommend Darkfuries Fantastic Fortresses: Castles and Keeps enough.

If your looking for free....go with Phineas Crow over in the art forums. The guy is gold

If you are feeling really ambitious you could take a look at World Work's Castle Works Ultimate. I have a friend who built a castle about five or six feet square for his brother as a Christmas present. He has named it Gormenghast...

And he finished it in less than a week. It would be soooo easy to hate him...

I'm with TB on this one. Castles and Keeps is great. The layouts are logical and well documented and the castles range from being small baronial keeps to huge citidals.

Dragons foot has some good maps for download too.

Darkfuries castles are great. I wish their Temples were better...

I have been looking for somthing to stand in for darkhold for ages. It just occured to me that Castle Drachenfels would work great. Also, as per Montes suggestion in another thread, (and my own experience) old ICE stuff has great maps of castles.
