In addition to the free downloads at Profantasy, they have a new Castles product. It's stand alone, so you don't need CC2 (though if you've got it, it gives you all the castle symbols to use in your own maps), and it contains lots of historical and fantasy castle floorplans. You can click between floors easily, and the maps are linked to 3d external views.

I'm looking for floorplans for a cool castle for the PCs to clear out, with the idea that it may become their base of operations. It can be somewhat ruined to pristine. Any ideas where I can find this?

One of my favorite castles is Conway in England (Wales I think). Go to Google and type in Conway Castle, then hit images.
Here is a link to the basic floor plan. The castle, IMO, is not too big and not too small. A perfect place for a medium to high level party to call home.
