I think I forgot to say, yes, continue posting in the IC until you update. Sorry--it's 1 am here and I just woke up in the dead of night for no reason, and forgot the most important tidbit.

It was whatever your current level gives you. E.g.: T-dawg's current level was in the Thrasher advanced class, which gives 6 + 1/2 character level (round down). I.e.: he has 8 - 6 + 1/2 of 5 (round down).

What gribble said. Feral took Fast Hero at 5th level. The entry for Fast Hero states that such a character gets 5 + one-half the character level, rounded down. Feral should therefore have 7 action points.

Yes, everyone should have Personal Firearms Proficiency for free as a DM gift. It's fine if you annotate your RG entry to include it now, but technically it won't go into effect until you guys have completed the first day of training at the range.
With respect to hit points, EN World is acting wonky again and sporadically giving me the ol' Gateway Error 504 message, so I'm uninclined to attempt to page through the OOC to determine what we did in the past for hit points when ya'll leveled up. I think I said I did not care, that you could roll or take the average rounded down, right? I'll look tomorrow when the site is running smoothly. If someone has good access to the site in the interim and cares to undertake a search and can point to a post # where we previously agreed what to do for hit points, however, feel free.
And now I'm about to click "Post Quick Reply," so here's hoping this damned post goes through.

I've been using 50% + 1, but can reduce it as we decide. I'll take a look and see if I can find if it was brought up.
