"Will you stand still?" Fulgrim grumbled as he slipped his arcane focus into a pouch, took his hammer in both hands, and swung at the cowering orc.

OOC: - CB you missed my brutal attack against the Orc BG2 - post 544
My bad. Thanks for pointing that out. Fixed! I still need an action for Roscoe for Round 3, however.[/sblock]

"I've got you, you blighter!" enthused Father Spec, from his position in the hallway. He was completely unaware of anyone else or any surroundings. He hopes to interfere with the Orc Bodyguard's attacks on his comrades if he can, as he pulls down sacred flame, seemingly from no where.

The ozone crackles as the flames appear, and the smell makes Father Spec sneeze.

"I've got you, you blighter!" enthused Father Spec, from his position in the hallway. He was completely unaware of anyone else or any surroundings. He hoped to interfere with the Orc Bodyguard's attacks on his comrades if he could, as he pulled down sacred flame, seemingly from nowhere. The ozone crackled as flames appeared, and the smell made Father Spec sneeze. Orc Bodyguard 2 was nimble on his feet, however, and ably dodged the flames. The orc leered at Spec and rumbled something in guttural tones.[sblock=Orcish]"Can't catch me, pillow belly. I'll suck the marrow from your bones afore the night's out!"[/sblock]

Drawing his warhammer, Colden hunched up behind his shield and barged his way toward Orc Bodyguard 2. Colden swung, and the heft of the hammer drew forward all of Colden's considerable strength. The warhammer smashed upside the orc's temple just at the orc leered at Spec, catching the creature by surprise and dealing 10 points of damage. Brains and bits of bone blew sideways and coated Roscoe with a splatter.

Dumb Orc ducked its head twixt its forearms, and curled into a tight ball. It squeaked something unintelligible but otherwise made no move.

Roscoe yanked his short sword free of the now-topped Orc Bodyguard 2, and looked around. He watched as Fulgrim raised his warhammer to strike Dumb Orc, and prepared to intervene if necessary.

"Will you stand still?" Fulgrim grumbled as he slipped his arcane focus into a pouch, took his hammer in both hands, and swung at the cowering orc, dealing 11 points of damage. Guran, seeing a fellow dwarf in need of aid, darted across the room and sliced at Dumb Orc, dealing a further 13 points of damage. The crumpled remains of the slaughtered orc drooped sideways.
OOC: I know [MENTION=61026]tuxgeo[/MENTION] declared Guran would attack Orc Bodyguard 2, but that orc died before Guran's turn on initiative. It made more sense for Guran to apply his attack and damage to a remaining orc, so I had him cross the room and attack Dumb Orc.

Roscoe snorted. The dwarves had it covered. He wiped the flat of his sword on the now-dead Orc Bodyguard 2. "We should search 'em."

Guran likewise wipes the orc blood off his short sword and resheathes the blade, then begins to help search the corpses. He places any weapons he finds into a pile near the center of the room.
