CE vs. N (FFA): Very Young Howling Dragon vs. Thunder Worm

Flame Boy! steps into the arena and soars into the sky with his mighty wings -
or flaps them uselessly - your judgement call.

He will try and summon his Pal. (from 90n30e)

The wings have been burned beyond repair, so he flaps them uselessly. You mean 90N25E. Pal doesn't show up ("Are you kidding?").

Round 936: General Rumbull flies to 55N25E15Z and touches Flame Boy. Flame Boy takes 6 sonic damage and has 54 hp left. General Rumbull is not burned by Flame Boy (27 SR check).

OOC: I don't have my MMII at work, but is Flame Boy!'s flame really a SLA? Remember that SR doesn't apply to Su abilities.

OOC: Yes it is. It specifically states that spell resistance applies, and what the caster level is.

OOC2: You are still at work at 9:30? Is this normal, or do you have a special project going?

OOC: It's not normal, I have to try to finish up the software I am writing by tomorrow to start testing. If it makes you feel better, I'm writing surgical software for laser eye surgery. ;)

Im not sure I wanted to know that surgical softwate was written in the middle of the night..
;)

edit - next round then.
Flame Boy! will curse, look at his sword and give it a mighty heave, following Mcguwiers lead. He will then run from the arena. I mean announce his early retirement.

The general laughs thunderously at Flame Boy's pathetic attempt to scare him. (11 SR check)

Round 937: General Rumbull flies to 75N25E15Z and touches Flame Boy for 14 sonic damage. He is not burned in the process (12 SR check). Flame Boy has 40 hp left.

Flame Boy throws the sword and is touched in the process for 15 sonic. The sword misses (rolled 23-6) and Flame Boy hightails it out of there. GR tries to touch him as he leaves, but misses (natural 1).

Next for CE is a bodak. (MM)

Yet another reason to stick with my glasses, instead of that newfangled surgery. :)
I'm running a special on laser surgery this Saturday at midnight. Cash only. Any takers?

A tall, gaunt humanoid that looks like a big gray bedsheet walks into the arena to 80n15e and gives the General the ole steely eyed glare. His dodge is on the general, as if that mattered, and he will keep up the stare, taking a step to the east each round, until the General rolls a 1.
