Grif ain't very sharp, but he's seen what happened to the rest of the contenders. He enters at 60n 115e and takes the air, ending at 105n 115e 25z facing north.

Grif, who is actually at 105N110E25Z (being Large and all) will fly around the spirit, provoking an AoO and end up at 110N10E50Z, heading west. He will then try to play keep away, if possible, or fly out of the arena, if not.

Grif takes 3 from the AoO, but otherwise manages to outrun the spirit. A draw is declared at the end of round 338.

Next up for CE in round 339: a fihyr. (MM II)

When the fihr, fehir, fyhir, ..., Frank, enters the arena most of the crowd gasps in horror. "Ugh!" Even some of the demons says, "Man, that thing is U-H-G-L-I, ugly!" Frank is a big, grayish pulsating blob of flesh balanced precariously on two large tentacles. It's only about two feet in diameter, but it has a number of chomping mouths with yellowed teeth covered the blob, an array of assorted eyeballs, and numerous tentacles dangling from the underside of the blob. The eyes and mouths are placed seemingly at random on the outside of the creature and saliva pours freely out of several of the mouths.

Despite its awkward appearance, Frank moves quickly into the arena to 60N55E.

Round 339

An equally ugly creature enters the other side of the arena and moves to 60N100E. It has an amoeba-like body, with the color but not the consistency of human flesh. The amoeba is about 3 feet across and 3 feet high. Countless eyes and toothy mouths constantly form and disappear all over the creature, retreating into its body almost as soon as they become apparent.

The mouths start gibbering nonsense as they appear all over the body. Frank ignores the babbling. (Rolled 24 Will save)

Frank feels a twinge of longing, wondering if the creature before him is actually of the opposite pseudo-sex...then he remembers he forgot his binaca, so the odds of finding out are slim. With this in mind, he hop/silthers (charges) to 60n 95e and takes a chomp.

Round 340

Frank misses with his bite, but the amoeba gets scared and runs away! (Rolled 7 Will save)

An eight foot long tarantula with white, gray, and blue markings moves to 60N100E and misses with its bite.

Frank mulls his options, then decides on biting like a mad....thing.

OOC: going by the MMII description, Frank is just going to close and chomp anything he can, so compress as you see fit.
