Round 368: The pretty spider does not dodge the acid (rolled 10 Ref save), taking 6 points of acid damage. It has 22 HP remaining. Blight can breathe in round 370.

Round 369: The spider throws a web at Blight, hitting (rolled 16-4=12 for long range ranged touch). Blight is entangled.

Blight will breathe another line of acid and then continue to 20N0E25Z heading west. His tactics will continue thusly if the spider does nothing else. Blight will certainly not come down, so if the spider can evade, there's a chance for a draw. If there are multiple rounds where breathing has not recharged, blight will set up a long straightaway for a 50ft move action (half-speed), and give himself time to try a break DC to escape from the web.

The spider dodges, but still takes 3 points of acid damage. It has 19 HP remaining. Blight can breathe again in round 374.

The spider alternates corners to run to, while Blight tries to escape from the web in vain (three attempts: rolled 11,9, and 7 Strength checks).

A draw is declared after round 375.

Round 376: From the Neutral side, a human-sized, whirling mound of frayed rope, tattered leather, and other assorted bits of cloth and string comes whirling into the arena to 60N80E. Bits of glass and gems are seen in the core of the mound.

Next in round 376 for Chaotic Evil is a magma hurler (Miniatures Handbook).
