As Kalkol approaches to breathe, Leo fires more thorns. Kalkol does not dodge (16 Ref save), taking 22 points of damage. Kalkol has 36 HP remaining.
Leo cannot dodge to save its life (Ref save 4), but fortunately it does not have to save its life now. Leo still takes 11 points of cold damage, and has 106 HP remaining. Kalkol can breathe again in round 569.
Round 566
Leo fires more thorns, which Kalkol dodges partially (22 Ref save). Kalkol takes 9 points of damage, and has 27 HP remaining.

Kalkol will hover back up out of range and, consider going down when he can breathe again, but instead takes the draw (assuming Leo cannot target up to 115z).

G'aufs the Chaos Dragon (name randomly typed on the keyboard believe it or not) flies into the arena to 60n60e40z, heading east, and casts protection from law. His plan will be to hover in place and breathe lines of energy at his opponent as long as it continues to work and the opponent cannot fight back. So, feel free to pre-time compress if you want, until someone can fight back.
The sandstorm in the NE quadrant disappears.
Something comes in that can fight back.
Round 572
A 32-foot high pillar of thick black smoke with two glowing cinders, presumably where eyes would be, flies into the arena to 55N55E15Z, surrounding G'aufs (no AoO). G'aufs breathes in some smoke (rolled Fort save 19). G'aufs takes 17 points of damage from having his insides clawed out. G'aufs has 69 HP remaining.
Something comes in that can fight back.

G'aufs flies forward to 60n80e40z, turns his head back and breathes a cone of confusion gas at the thing formerly surrounding him, then he continues flying in a circle to end up at 90n40e30z, heading west.
G'aufs can breathe again in round 574.
Gansk, the paraelemental is poorly written. Is that smoky claw still in G'aufs, or does the elemental still have to be surrounding him?
