CE vs. N (FFA): Very Young Howling Dragon vs. Thunder Worm

Marc is quite unhappy about that. Marc changes his plan and flies straight down into the ground and over to 15n0e-5z. He plans on moving north and then east, playing for the draw.

A draw is declared in the middle of round 596. The astral constructs sure are involved in a lot of draws.

Next in round 596 for Chaotic Evil is a spawn of Kyuss (Monster Manual II).

Maybe we should have an astral construct fight a hydra and see if there's a draw.

A disgusting, rotted zombie with barely any rotted flesh remaining stumbles awkwardly into the arena to 60n25e. It pulls a worm out of its body and readies to throw it anything approaching within 10ft, if anything even penetrates its rilmani-like aura.

Round 597

A normal appearing light horse trots into the arena (Will save 28) while avoiding the flying worm (rolled 13 ranged attack). The horse stops at 60N30E, rears up, and crushes the zombie with its hoof (rolled 37) for 17 points of damage. The zombie has 12 HP remaining.

Missed a touch attack? That's one dextrous horse. No matter, though, because surely he has decent natural armor. The spawn tries to slam the horse and give it a little gift.

It was a touch attack? Oops. What I meant to say is that the worm hits the horse.

The zombie misses completely with its swing (rolled 9). The worm cannot burrow into the horse. The zombie heals up to 17 HP.

Round 598

The horse stomps and bites for a total of 39 points of damage. The zombie is destroyed.

Next in round 598 for Chaotic Evil is a ti khana deinonychus (Fiend Folio).

A lean, long-legged bipedal dinosaur trots into the arena. It has wicked looking claws on its feet and a brightly colored hide. It stands about six feet tall, but with it's tail it's at least twice that length. It's also wearing glasses, so it looks smarter than the average lizard.

It moves to 60n 15e and attacks with it's talons.

Much like the Angels' bats, the lizard's talons cannot penetrate horsehide (rolled 11).

Round 599

The horse stomps with both front hooves and bites (worst roll 31) for 35 points of damage. The lizard is dying.

Next in round 599 for Chaotic Evil is a jovoc (demon) (Monster Manual II).

A small, skinny ebony demon with a wicked grin ambulates to 0n25e and readies to summon one of his brethren in a flanking position of the horse when it moves to attack.
