Ha ha, sucker! Competing requires writing 1-3 stories over a 3 day span. Judging means reading 15 stories, picking photos, and writing brief commentary. I guess judging takes less time, but not by much.

I suggest you keep contestants down to 8 this time around, just to make things a bit faster. 16 was unruly.

I'm in to compete, incidentally. So do we have three judges, Steeldragons, Gregor and Mirth?

Sounds to me like 8 would be enough contestants.

As many Iron DM Tournaments as I've participated in, it's kind of weird that I never got around to being in a Ceramic DM Tournament. I always meant to.
