Ceremony Volunteers

I'm looking for a few good men and women to help me with ceremony set-up on Friday night. There's another event right before the ENnies, so we're going to need help changing the room around and setting up table coverings, as well as seating guests when they arrive.

Remember, the ENnies is a semi-formal event, so please dress appropriately (and shower) before-hand. We'll be meeting up at about 8:15 at the ENnies booth to get things started.

I think for the judges it's not so much a volunteer thing as a "if you're not there you will be hunted down and shot" thing.

Actually, that's not really the case. Ceremony prep is not required just ceremony attendance and booth shifts.

The other thing ends at 9, and the ENnies are at 9:30. We're going to try to start the cocktails in the lobby at 9, so I'd like to have the volunteers over there a bit before then.

Denise had said she still wanted me doing this last I knew, but haven't heard much since then.
