Audio set up is practically painless: the Indiana Roof Ballroom has a great engineer who is a charm to work with. I'll want you to help with the music and general tech, but it should be relatively smooth!
Last year we were able to get in to check the space around 5pm, so I'm hoping my core team (you, Xath, kiz, Hound, etc) will be ready around then for a preliminary walkabout

I was actually planning on putting aside a couple of tables for some of the attendees amongst our VIP block.
BTW, is it public knowledge what the previous event is, or do we have to keep it a surprise?
