Cestus

Ok last night i was using an attack against an undead creature using +2 Cestus ,while using the bonecrusher feat which allows me to sever limbs using bludgeoning attacks . My Dm proclaimed only the studs were magical not the rest of the glove . Agree or DisAgree and why? My argument was that the enchantment doesnt differentiate and the whole weapon has the enchantment .

Strategists and Tacticians :Bone Crusher (Combat)
With the blunt head of your weapon you can destroy the bones and nerves of arms, feet, hands, and legs.

Benefit: You can attempt to sever limbs using a bludgeoning weapon.

Normal: You can only attempt to sever limbs using a slashing weapon.

I don't recall seeing many different cestus without a blade of some kind fashioned in there.

What difference does it make what part of the cestus is enchanted? It is just a hard shell for the fist to let you hit harder and protect your hand.
