Brian now has three images.

Round 324:

A stocky, feline quadruped with stone gray fur, dull red eyes, and a flat broad head enters the arena. PJSlavner will tell you where it moves and what it does next. Stay tuned to your bat-channel.

Brian charges to 60N75E5Z and slams into the cat (rolled 25+2=27 for charge), ignoring the haze, inflicting 7 points of damage. The cat has 54 HP remaining.

Round 325: The cat backs up to 60N85E and appears to concentrate, emitting a low humming noise. Brian succombs to the strange compulsion (rolled Will save 10 vs. DC 23), feeling a desire to attack the cat.
Brian moves to 60N80E5Z and slams the cat (rolled 26) for 10 points of damage. The cat has 44 HP remaining, and loses concentration (rolled 8 on Concentration check).

Round 326: The cat steps back 5 feet in a defensive posture. Brian again feels a desire to attack the cat, slamming (rolled 26) for another 6. The cat has 38 HP left.

Round 327: The cat backs up to 60N95E, and concentrates again, emitting the humming noise again. This time Brian resists the compulsion (25 Will save vs. DC 14). Go ahead, Brian. You are at 60N85E5Z.

Brian steps up and hits it again - he is also wondering why the cat is forcing him to attack, since that was pretty much his plan anyway. It also seems to be penetrating his magical defenses with ease. (SR 17)

If the Kitty wants to be a Pinata thats just fine with me.

(I have noted the SR, but thanks for trying to keep me honest.)

Brian's slam bounced off the cat's hide (rolled 18).

The cat backs up to 60N100E and emits that humming noise, concentrating on Brian. Brian resists the compulsion (rolled 22 Will vs. 8 DC).

Should I time compress this battle, or time compress until some condition is met?

Round 328: Brian moves to 60N95E and slams the cat, once again ignoring the haze. Slam for 8, leaving the cat with 30 HP.

Round 329: The cat has had enough, and attacks with teeth and claws, hitting with bite and one claw, eliminating two images.
Brian misses.
Round 330: The cat hits again with claw and bite, the bite destroying the last image and the claw does not penetrate Brian's protection.
Brian misses.
Round 331: The cat bites, doing no damage, and unable to hold onto the too large Brian.
Brian misses.
Round 332: None of the three cat's attacks penetrate Brian's protection, although they all hit.
Brian slams for 8, leaving the cat at 22 HP.
Round 333: The cat flees in shame. Brian has 44 HP, no images, and is at 60N95E.

Gansk will let you know what is next.

The Neutrals boo that pathetic excuse for combat displayed by the cat-thing.

Meanwhile a horse-sized armadillo with a spiked tail charges to 60N80E, trampling Brian in the process. Brian can take an AoO at -4 or try to dodge the armadillo for half damage.

Then he goes next in round 333.
