Andrew doesn't quite get the hang of concentrating and ruins the spell. (Rolled 11+4 (for 19 Con) = 15 concentration check)

Round 538: The storm pounds considerably harder this time and misses once. (Rolled 31-8 & 26-8) Andrew takes 31 plus 2 electricity and has 63 hp left. Then he is shocked (rolled 16 Fort) for another 32 nonlethal, which brings the total to 62 nonlethal damage taken so far.

OOC: I am still here, I was just shocked that a 16 int, 6th lvl caster didn't have concentration.
(I forgot to check). These storm elementals suck, did we agree on advancing there CR? - It is a little hard to tell due to the CR unbalance. I recall them doing well in other arenas as well.
Andrew is dead if he moves, dead if he casts, and his second roar won't bother an elemental - oh wait does he know that? What is his knowledge? Obviously nothing to do with magic, tactics or common sense. Im going to guess Architecture.

He would actually roar again, as moving will provoke AoO .

OOC: Please forgive PJS, this whole FFA thing has turned him into the Tasmanian Devil of moves. :) He has his own arena back now, so his thirst for carnage should be sated.

Wow! It turns out that Andrew is an expert on elementals and knows that a roar will do him no good. He also knows that an elemental of this size has DR, and all storm elementals have a thunder and lightning attack that this one has yet to demonstrate.

OOC: No problem PJS, Gansk, I didn't man to come across as upset.

As for andrew- He will try a defensive searing light, anything else is just going to get him killed.

OOC: No harm done on my end, I just couldn't resist poking fun at PJS on this one. :) He probably had three kids screaming in his ear simultaneously at the time, so I'm thankful he can help me out with all the moves that he does make, regardless of the arena.

Andrew almost gets it right, but not quite. (Rolled 13+4 for Con)

Round 539: The storm misses with the first slam (natural 1), but connects with the second. (Rolled 36-8) Andrew takes 32 plus 12 electricity and falls unconscious. The storm hovers 5 feet higher at 60N20E15Z.

Andrew is defeated! Next for CG: a juvenile copper dragon. (Draconomicon)

OOC: I know you were not upset, Evilhalfling. I think Gansk was poking fun at me because he is frustrated at his characters' lack of progress in my campaign last Friday night. :p About the kids screaming in my ear, Gansk, you forgot to mention the dogs barking.
