CG vs. N: Chaotic Good Victorious!

Perm bit F3 real hard (rolled 39-5=34) for 20 points of damage. F3 has 105 HP remaining.

Round 623

As Perm tries to get up, F3 and the spider get AoOs. F3 almost hits the spider (natural 1). The spider pokes at Perm (40 touch attack), but does not knock him over (20 vs. 27 Str check). Perm twists back at the spider, knocking it down (32 vs. 20 Str check). Perm makes it to 10N85E.

F1 misses F2 twice. F2 hits F1 once for no damage.

F3 moves through the wall as if it is not there, ending up next to Perm at 20N80E. Perm can take an AoO against F3 if desired. F3 takes a swing at Perm and connects (rolled 30) for 12 points of damage. Perm has 170 HP remaining.

The spider gets up, and skitters through the wall as if it is not there, ending up next to Perm at 20N95E. Perm can take an AoO against the spider if he did not take one against F3.

OOC You cant trip someone on an AoO for standing up - the attack takes place before the action, so they are still considered prone. So Perm prolly took some more damage from that hit, and then from the move and attack the spider could have made.

He will have taken an AoO on F3 - defensively if possible.
Perm will try and move to 15n55e and if he makes it will breathe more confusion at his two enenmies.

If he is tripped he will breathe on the spider.

Oh, sorry. In that case, the spider bit Perm for 10 points of damage, then missed on his second attack. The bite gave Perm a strange feeling (rolled 20 Fort save), and Perm cannot use his breath weapon or spell-like abilities until further notice. Perm has 160 HP remaining.

Perm cannot AoO defensively, because he has to do that as part of his action. Perm bites (rolled 33) F3 for 12 points of damage. F3 has 93 HP remaining.

Perm is first in round 624.

I agree with the first part. But, the spider would get another AoO (possibly not taking the first one) when Perm moves away. So, conceivably things could have happened just like they did, but for slightly different reasons.

Round 624

Perm bites the spider (rolled 31-5=26) for 17-15=2 points of damage. The spider has 134 HP remaining. F3 takes a swing at Perm as he tries to leave, but cannot penetrate Perm's scales (rolled 24). The spider tries to trip Perm as he flies away. It pushes at him (rolled 33-5=28 touch attack), but does not manage to stop Perm (15 vs. 30 Str check). Perm manages to knock the spider down (29 vs. 25 Str check). Perm is at 0N10E.

F1 misses F2. F2 hits F1 once for no damage.

F3 concentrates, and an ice storm appears, centered at 15N15E. It does not affect Perm (rolled 21 CL check). The spider gets up and skitters over to 15N55E.

Perm is first in round 625, and can use breath weapon and spell-like abilities again.
