Champions of Valor: Paladins Seeing Through Disguises?

I was just told by someone that there's some sort of rule in the Faerun Book Champions of Valor that dictates that paladins have the ability to see through disguises. Anyone know anything about this?

I do not have the book, but generally anything like that is either done through a Optional use of a Skill, a new feat, new PRC or an Optional rule. So in any of those cases, no paladin has that ability until the DM says otherwise.

There are a lot of feats and substitution levels in that book. I flipped through the substitution levels, and I didn't see anything exactly like seeing through disguises, though there was one that lets you pick out the toughest (highest CR) within 60 ft. I also just skimmed the feat summary table and didn't see anything quite like that.

I worked on that book and I don't remember any ability like that, nor could I find it in my turnover.
