Hey Keith, good to see you around!

There have apparently been some changes to the leadership of the mags and at Paizo over the past several months. Guess I haven't been paying enough attention! Could one of you just run down who does what, and maybe who to contact with what kind of issue/problem?

Eric,

Awesome to hear from you again!! It kind of brings back memories of the "old days." Anyway, I pulled this question out of the Open Letter thread to make it more accessible.

Here's a quick breakdown of the Paizo ENWorld regulars and who does what:

Matt Sernett: Dragon Editor-in-Chief
Erik Mona: Dungeon Editor-in-Chief
Keith Strohm: Vice President & Circulation Manager

In addition to helping Lisa Stevens run the company, I'm working on specific areas of concern--like subscriptions. Anyone should feel free to contact me at my email address keith@paizo.com and send me your comments, concerns, questions, and the like. However, if you go to the contact us section of the Paizo site, you'll probably find the most appropriate person or address to get in touch with. Chances are, I'm going to pass your email on to the right person in the office anyway. For example, I'm not going to look at any editorial submission. So, if I receive one, I'm just going to pass it on without comment to the editorial staff.

However, if you are having a service issue and you feel that our customer service folks aren't handling your problem well, you can always email me. I will follow up personally.

We really are excited about the direction we are heading in. You are just seeing the beginning of what we will accomplish.

I hope that helps.

Just curious Keith, you said earlier that the Paizo website is being redesigned in the near future (woo-hoo!); are you guys going to add magazine-specific message boards, or are you satisfied with checking up on Paizo-related threads here (and, I suppose, on other boards too)?

We'll have our own message boards--and we'll be reading EN World.

Back when the Dungeon website was at wizards.com there was a Dungeon index, any chance of adding that back?

Mike

What I would like to see again is the electronic versions maps and handouts for adventures that were published on the web when WotC owned Dungeon. They were an invaluable tool when DMing the adventures--if only to keep me from losing my place as I fliped back and forth between the descriptions and the map.

What happened to them?
