Changing my username

According to the sticky thread, there's a way to change one's username, but I'm apparently a derpyhooves because I can't figure out how to go about doing that.

Help please?

Huh. The option appears to have disappeared, and I have no idea how it could possibly do that. It must have quietly gone away with a software upgrade and nobody mentioned it until now! I'll poke around, but no promises!
