Changling and Master Specialist

Ok, now I have some questions about the Master Specialist PrC from the complete mage. The PrC allows a specialist to become even more focused in that school they specialized in. If you have a changling player that takes the substitution level of being a dual specialist, does that player get the added benefit of being a dual specialist in the Master Specialist PrC?

IMO, I'd say sure, why not? I would also have them choose an extra "opposed school" per specialist school.

It would be crazy to give him the benefits of both.

I'd allow him to choose one or the other, and only require that he take Spell Focus for that one. If I felt the benefits for Transmuter or Illusionist were particularly weak, I'd allow him to choose anew each level. (And IMHO Transmutation is kinda weak.)
