Changlings Half-Human?

Are Changlings considered Half-Human or do they require the Human Heritage feat from Races of Destiny to qualify? Thanks

If you mean the Changelings from Eberron, then no - they are a separate race and do not count as half-human any more than, for example, shifters do.
