I enjoyed the article, even though it didn't really offer anything for my own follower of Sehanine. (But then, as a dwarven invoker focused around the mysteries of ancient lore, and the love of family and kinship, he isn't really the standard Sehanine devotee...) Though falling leaves is a cool power, and I have been meaning to invest in something friendly-fire lately...
The section on Omens and Rites was quite good, and precisely the sort of small details I'm a fan of seeing in articles lke this. I also liked the sidebar on Sehanine and the non-divine worshiper. I like seeing tips that help guide people to the flavor of a certain character concept without needing to invest in only a few specific mechanics.
In terms of mechanics, I am intrigued by the focus on shortbows and the options it opens up, especially for hybrid/multiclass characters. I can see some cool ideas from being able to get a shortbow as a weapon / divine implement / arcane implement / rogue-legal. But the shortbow is average enough as a weapon I don't see any real abuse from it.
The moonbow opens up things a little more, and on the one hand, it is somewhat bothersome that such a powerful ability (getting weapon and arcane/divine implement all in one) is specifically tied to worship, since that means it is suddenly game-mechanically optimum to worship Sehanine for certain characters.
There are admittedly other items out there that operate similarly, of course, so it is hardly the end of the world. And I do like seeing elements that support a tangible difference between followers of different gods. So I'm undecided on that. But otherwise, great article!
