so i recently updated to the newest version(april 2010) of the character builder and found im still unable to make characters using the updated info; for example i cant use content from material power 2 or the players handbook3.
has this kind of thing happened to anyone else? or is this an isolated incident? i couldn't find anything like this on the known bugs report from their website and thought it would be worth double checking.
