I have no problems with any of them. The Rogue might be problematic, if the GM is not allowing OA feats, etc. Otherwise, it's all good.

Use Magic Device. ;)

I wouldn't say that umd allows someone to emulate a class ability- just to use magic items that they normally wouldn't be able to use. A fine line, but I think there's a difference- without the magic items, you get nothing from umd.

Sounds like the Rogue gets to do(average) 14 points +Strength modifier on a successful attack that comes if they beat their opponent on initiative and their opponent can be sneak attacked. Is there something else I'm missing? If not, so what? I don't like Psionics in a fantasy based game. Spoils the flavor for me, so I don't allow psionic chararcters. The fighter is fine, though if he has both hands on his lance, he's going to get some nasty modifiers to his Riding, not just because he's steering his mount with his knees, but because he has his upper body torqued to one side, throwing his balance and weight off and giving the horse the impression that he wants to turn that way. He's going to have to check to make sure he stays in the saddle at the point of impact and if he is lashed in so he cant's fall out, he may take some damage himself (this is just how I would handle that situation, not anything I've seen in print)

Lance two handed? How?????? Wouldn't he fall off? If I remember my school reports on Armor / Jousting, The lance sits in a cradle locked in under the one arm. It would be awkward to reach over to hold it with bold hands. Awkward enough to (in my mind) give no bonus due to lack of leaverage). It is the Horse that is giving the strength of this attack- not the rider.

Rogue seems somehow wrong

Psychic Warrior I bow out commenting on since I am very biased towards Psionics
