You may think that +30 Jump is a lot because +30 to most skills means almost being able to do some of the ridiculous Epic Skills examples from the ELH, but Epic Jump in D&D is notably unimpressive (compared to swimming up a waterfall or running on water). +30 jump and taking 10 means you can do a 10 foot vertical jump. Sure, that's miles better than anything a normal human can do, beating the High Jump world record by 2 feet (and an Olympic athlete will probably have a minor circumstance bonus from favourable equipment and preparation, the world record probably represents a Natural 20 or close to it on the roll, and the Fosbury Flop probably gives a significant circumstance bonus at the expense of knocking the user prone after its use), but it's nothing compared to what you'd expect from a shounen anime lead. Even a +120 Jump modifier (which is only slightly easier to get than a Balance modifier good enough to let you walk on clouds) only lets you jump ten meters straight up.
