The reason for his existence is clear: to acquire l33t sk1llz, and employ them with style. 'Cause, you know, he's so much cooler than everyone else already.

Or maybe he should be searching for a dinosaur to ride. Then he'd have the three most important elements of gaming! He'd win!

He (it?) seems to value individualism and personal freedom highly (his choices all seem pretty Chaotic). Therefore it seems that he might want to fight slavery wherever he finds it, having suffered from its evils himself.
