Character Profile Customization Help

I need some help customizing my profile. Every time I go into profile customization and try to add a background image, it messes up. I keep copy/pasting a picture url from my album, but when I hit 'save' it decides to mess up the url so that it says I have an error.

Any suggestions??

I'll get the dumb question out of the way: are you a Community Supporter? I may be wrong, but I think that's a CS thing. I'm assuming you are, but you know how it goes, always start with the obvious stuff.

Is there a file size limit to what can be posted?

No, I am not. And the file size for the background should be supported since it was allowed into my album in the first place.

Okay, doing some quick testing...

I think I was wrong about CS account being necessary; I can upload pictures at least. Picture upload was slow, but worked. It was a large file from a digital camera, and was re-sized to 97.7kB or some such. Will edit as I continue testing.

Well, I selected the picture fine from the profile, with no-repeat. What settings are you using?

As far as in using repeat or not, but that didn't seem to matter. Sorry, I've never used this part of ENWorld before.

Two more questions, bear with me. First, it the image hosted on ENWorld, in one your albums? Second, if it is, is it in an album that is Public or Profile or Private? ENWorld won't let me use a picture from a Private album for the background.

Huh, it should be working then. It could be there's a setting that's supposed to be set and isn't. Alternatively, I could have a setting set that isn't supposed to be set. Sorry I couldn't help more.
