Character Sheet fonts?

Does anybody know the fonts used for the official 3.5 character sheets?

It's a bit of an obscure question, I know.

Looks like most of it is a font called CelestiaAntiqua. No idea where you could get it, though. Also, the usual D&D 3.x cover font, used here for the big "character sheet" title, has always looked to me like a variant of a font called Mael. Never been able to find a perfect match for it, though.

CelestialAntiqua (an adobe font) for the Player's Handbook body text,
Pterradactyl for the blue header
The table font, which is used for the character sheet is Scala Sans.
