I voted other. I use eTools for PC sheets as well as NPCs and monster stats.
I occasionally (about once a year) run a game for people who don't play much and so I have a much simplified format in Word with rules explanations for the newbs.
One of the guys in my group is a graphics designer, so every new campaign (3 so far) he has created new sheets to go with the campaign. We get a campaign logo, areas for specific skills and/or stats (such as Social Status), room for multiple classes & levels (sadly lacking in most sheets), and other such goodies.
We are now testing a sheet for the upcoming AU campaign and it is looking sweet
Interesting to see the responses. Most of my players fall in to the "WotC sheets" or "Pen and paper" categories, though I just create my own sheet on the computer and print a new one out for each level. (I hate writing in little boxes! )
I'm a mix of pen and paper and the 'old school' character sheet posted at Necromancer Games. I start out with the printed out character sheet, but when it gets messy, if I dont' have a fresh printout at hand I just jot the key bits on a blank sheet of paper.
Oh, I try to keep updated characters at the EN World rogues gallery
