LOL, I didn't say it had to be mandatory, it would just be nice to have the option

I would just note that there's no field in the Skills template for entering bonuses from regional benefits. Perhaps a "Regional" field is in order or an "Other"/"Misc" for bonuses not covered other places.

I noticed that when I was filling in the math for my AC, that the template still adds my dex bonus, even though I'm wearing heavy armor. Heavy armor negates the ability bonus to AC, no? Any way to fix this?

Yes, if you include the line

|ArmorIsHeavy=yes

in the code for your defenses, it will not add the dex/int mod to your AC.
