Cheap feats at high levels

Anyone allow PCs to take multiple cheap feats at high levels? For instance, when a PC reaches, say, 15th level, stuff like the +2/+2 Skill pairs (e.g., Alertness) just aren't as useful.

So, at that point, would it be okay to allow a PC to take multiples?

No. the +2/+2 pairs are already multiples of skill focus.

....Unless you worked out a system assigning a number of "feat points" to each feat, and said that characters gain a certain number of FP each level. This should work out so that characters gain 1/3 the average feat points per level.
