Hrm, Grease - I suppose that's an option. Would be especially fun with Sculpt Spell.

There isn't a swift action 1-round Invisibility spell? I thought I saw that somewhere (back when I didn't know what Swift actions were).

To deal with the wand/spell completion/trigger item problem, you may be able to get it in a wondrous item. It would have to be a custom item, though.

That's what Use Magic Device is for - activating a Wand or staff is DC 20, a scroll is 20+caster level. If you can arrange for a +19 modifier to Use Magic Device, you can use wands on a roll of 1. Scrolls are tougher (difficulty scales with caster level) but also easier as they have two synergies you can get.

A Wand of Summon Monster I can flank for you - as can a critter from a Bag of Tricks.

A wand of grease will do the trick for you. Even if the opponent makes their save, they are still balancing, and you can sneak attack anything that is making balance checks...

Unless they have at least 5 Ranks in Balace that is... But what are the chances of that happening?
