Cheaper Stackable Miniature Markers

I've seen the great stackable markers from http://www.aleatools.com/ but they seem to be a little thick and expensive for my tastes right now. I was wondering if anybody had any other suggestions for similar items. I could even do without the magnetic part if that gets it down.

I bought some washers and spray paint/hobby paint. Viola! Cheap and easy (and magnetic can be a bit of a problem, I think)
