So, I've finally started updating my campaign setting to the 3.5 rules. Once the revision was announced, my whole project came to a screeching halt and I sort of sat there, wondering what the revision would bring. When it finally came, and nothing much had really changed, I kicked myself for not having written more in the meantime. Anyhow, the first three chapters of my steamworks & swashbuckling campaign world are once again published online for the world at large to rummage through and comment on.

Oh, and horrible, nasty unpleasantness wished upon the 3.5 ranger and all who had a hand in its creation. Should I just put that in my sig, or is the Pinky & The Brain quote better?

With your changes to Martial weapons into categories... how many Martial weapon feats do classes get? Ie, is a fighter still prof in all 7 categories, or only a few?

I didn't change any proficiencies, other than adding new weapons to lists that needed them. Fighters are still proficient in all martial weapons, and characters that have lists of simple and martial weapons just keep those lists.
