D&D 4E Chicago area 4E Demo at Games Plus

Sorry for the late notice, but this just came together. There will be a 4E Demo tonight (April 8th) at

Demo will start at 7:00 and run for about 2 1/2 hours. This is just our first demo, we will offer more later. The DM was one of the playtesters. Just a few spots still open.

It is one of the demo modules from WotC, I don't know which it is. What did they play at DDXP?

Having missed DDXP, I'll be sitting in on this myself for the first time.

DDXP:

-Scalegloom Hall: fighting kobolds in dynamic, trap filled encounters
-Escape from Sembia (??): urban encounters allowing for more skill based challenges (??)

I played the first, not the second, hence the "??"

You know, I live in Naperville, but that's the closest good gaming store to here. I've been there a few times. I'd seriously consider being there if I had more notice.

If you announce future demos earlier I'm pretty sure I'd take the time to come over to Mt. Prospect again.

If you can get the addresses from Buzz, would it be worth it to email this out on the Chicago Gameday email list?

I'd certainly be interested in later demos, if any of them fell on a weekend.

Yeah - I can't make it at this point, Thalmin, but I will be keeping an eye open for future demos!
