If we have trouble filling up the afternoon slot, I might be able to finish up my second Darwin's World adventure "Road to Nowhere: N2 - Roadkill". I am not sure due to the fact I will be preparing to move a week or so after the Gameday, otherwise I would have posted it already.
A very generous offer, 'Zilla! I don't want to put you out, though. Let's see how it goes the next few days.

Good news!

RPG Objects has come through with prize support!!!!!!
It is in my irradiated claws as I type!

<Mr. Burns>
How delightful!

Everybody make sure to thank chris@rpgobjects.com !

That reminds me, Buzz did you get a chance to contact James @ RPGNOW yet?

Also, Pbartender, Have you considered contacting AEG for prize support? It is usually easy. You tell them about En World, the Gameday, and the event then they say yes or no. Here is a list of contacts that might be helpful:

Customer Service: customerservice@alderac.com
Game Club Support: gameclubs@alderac.com
Convention Support: consupport@alderac.com

I did fire off an email to them, though I didn't have his address specifically.

Nice work, 'Zilla! I'll give a shout out to AEG as well.

Heck... *BUMP*

Oh, and:

The HERO thread has me seriosuly considering combining my two ideas and just running Dark*Matter HERO. Free copies of Sidekick to the players of the PCs with the most BODY left by the end of the game!

An excellent idea.

Are you going to pester them, Buzz? Or would you rather I do it, since I'm running the Spycraft game?

Seeing as I'm official Gameday guy, I'll pester them. Gotta build up a rep!

Buzz. I am a BH (Bounty Hunter) for AEG and I can tell you they won't likely give anything up, but HELL I am all for you asking. Who knows, mayber they have some extra books laying about. Make sure you go to effort to mention teh AEG games that are running when you do make contact, obviously.

I know this is slightly off-topic but I find it funny that the larger game companies are so tight-fisted about prize support. It seems when companies are small to mid sized; they generally bend over backwards to offer support, even though they can't quite afford it (in a profits based sense). Yet, when they hit the big time and have a solid cash flow, they rarely feel the need to support anything below major conventions. In addition, they usually view their former player fan/support base simply as consumers to be plucked instead of people who helped them get where they are today.

Sorry for the off-topic rant folks. Just felt the need to say something on the subject.

Did anyone see HELLBOY?

I liked that line in the movie where the old guy said, "There are thing that go BUMP in the night. We are the ones who BUMP back."

Anyone play that HELLBOY game? O rplay M&M? How is M&M? And no, I am not just saying all this in some cheap ploy to BUMP...okay...maybe I am...

I'll BUMP back by saying that, for some reason, I haven't been getting email notifcations of replies for a few days now. Am I alone?

I haven't seen Hellboy yet (too busy with the new house), but I have played M&M. M&M is REALLY really good.
