Chicago Gameday - The Aftermath!!!!

I'm psyched. Monday night I bought myself an Honda Metropolitan scooter, so I'm going to scoot my way up to Games Plus on Saturday.

I am also riding to gameday.

I just moved and have not found any of my battlemats, but I have found my figs. I will bring a handful with me. I can't wait for Saturday, I am so sick of painting rooms and unpacking boxes and all of my muscles and joints ache. I am officially old.

The other day while installing some computer equipment, I strained my neck and mentioned to the user how old I felt. She said, "Yeah, I feel like I'm 30." After informing her I'm 32, I witnessed the biggest bit of back-peddling I ever did see.

I'll have an extra battlemat if you need it on Saturday.

Thanks for the offer, but I usually brought one just in case someone needed one for their game. I am not running a game this round.

I just got confirmation that we will have ALL THREE 3.5 books here for preview at the gameday. Our courier will be arriving at 2:40 pm on saturday with the PHB, DMG, and MM.

That's good news. I'll be trying to drag my group out again like I've done the last couple times. We're a little disorganized I'm afraid.

Hello,
I just find out about this Gameday thing today so sorry for the last minute registrations!
Add me and my friend (2 players) in for:
8am breakfast
SLOT 1
9am game- Game 3- D20 Modern (we'll take pregerated characters if available)
SLOT 2
4pm game- 3rd ed Old Embers Never Die
GM's can email us with any instructions on character creation and rules to their games.
