Choke Hold?

Ok, duh, NOW I see that second paragraph on p.137 "If you're pinned". Thanks for the information all. I was assuming that "immobile" was pretty close to paralyzed (or stunned, or dazed); meaning that you could not do anything while pinned.

So by "immobilie(but not helpless)", I guess that they mean you can do nothing but grapple checks (and only grapple checks to try and break the pin).

As for balance issues, we've House Ruled CdG to take one full round (like a summon spell), so I don't think Choke Hold is out of line at all.
