Chronomancer update?

Is there an update from the old 2nd Ed. Chronomancer to 3/3.5 Ed.? If so, where can I find it? I tried to look at that list of PrCs from WotC, but it seems to have disappeared.

I believe it's in the Expanded Psionics Handbook, or Complete Psionics

Complete Psionic has the Zerth Cenobite prestige class, but it's aimed at monks and not spellcasters.

A certain issue of dragon (325, I thinks) has chronomancy in it.
