Circle Kick...

If a monk with Circle Kick were fighting two opponents and hit opponent A 3 times, would he get a chance to kick opponent B 3 times? Or can you only kick a secondary target once per round?

Circle Kick:
A successful unarmed attack roll allows you to make a second attack roll against a different opponent that is within the area that you threaten. This feat requires the full attack action.

You get a single attack as a full-round action when using Circle Kick (a fact which the text does a wonderful job of not making clear), so it's a moot point.

Yes, Circle Kick is not really worth it.

- it's only effective while fighting more than one enemy

- it's only effective if you don't have more than two attacks per fullround action

- you need to hit in the first place to get the second attack, so it's debatable if it's better to have say a guaranteed +6/+3 or a +6/+6 at random intervals

- it's probably not stackable with flurry of blows
