We’re thrilled to announce the City of Mist RPG Kickstarter has been launched and funded!

The campaign has funded within 9 hours and has since doubled its goal, raising over $27K within two days.
City of Mist is a tabletop role-playing game about ordinary people in a modern city becoming incarnations of myths and legends. Inspired by the film noir and detective comic book genres, the game focuses on your crew’s search for answers in a city veiled by the Myst, a mystical force that enshrouds everything in mundane appearances, as well as on the struggle between your character's normal life and the legend growing inside her.
The game system, dubbed roll+tags, is a medley of Apocalypse World engine and tag-based mechanics (akin to Lady Blackbird and FATE) that allows for gritty, cinematic, narrative-first gameplay. The game’s non-linear character development system centers on the battle and balance of ordinary and legendary within your character.
The game was created by indie game designer Amít Moshe and his team at Son of Oak Game Studio. A free Starter Set was released earlier this year and is available for download:
