Alright ... I plan to run this very good looking module (I've read a good deal, and almost have read it completely), and I am thoroughly impressed.

I would like to know how other Dungeon Masters fared when running this module. Things they changed, things they did, etc. Whatever worked, I want to hear about it.

Your responses are appreciated :)

Well, I've been writing a story hour about it (one of several) and it is a fantastic adventure. We're not too far yet, but so far the party has been badly mauled by the dark elves.

One thing I had to do, since the monsters are so intelligent and organized, is make charts showing their movement in the case of attack. Wizards has the maps available to print on their site, so I printed several copies and make notes like 'rd 1 sentry moves to point A, arrives on round 6' etc...

Its been very helpful. When we've run into the organized critters I have all these notes to tell me when reinforcements will arrive, the actions of the drow in charge, etc... Kept the game running very smoothly so far
